Michelle Cheng    Founder, Executive Coach and Facilitator

Michelle is a highly effective coach and facilitator who helps organisations and individuals to achieve breakthrough and successes. 

Having worked as an investment banker and strategy consultant in Lehman Brothers, Monitor Company and Accenture, she relates to the commercial pressure and corporate dynamics her clients face.  As someone familiar with the "reality" of business and strategies, she helps individual clients and teams to think strategically, connect with their resources, make decisions and take effective actions in a fast-moving environment.  She is skilled at (1) transforming her clients' capabilities for managing themselves and others (e.g. raising leadership capabilities, making behavioural changes, reducing stress,  resolving difficult work relationships, improving communication), and (2) facilitating workshops and team meetings. 

Michelle undertook her coaching training with Coaching Development and is an NLP Practitioner.  An avid sportswoman, she won a bronze medal in both the South East Asian Games and ASEAN Judo Championship.  Her training in competitive sports and her experiences as team captain greatly enhance her ability to motivate people and facilitate them to achieve peak performance and flow.  Michelle has a MEng from Oxford University and an MBA from Wharton, where she worked as a writing and oral communication coach.
