Michelle is a highly effective consultant and coach who helps organisations to achieve breakthrough and successes. 

Having worked as an investment banker and strategy consultant in Lehman Brothers, Monitor Company and Accenture, she relates to the commercial pressure and corporate dynamics her clients face.  As someone familiar with the "reality" of business and strategies, she helps individual clients and teams to think strategically, make decisions and take effective actions in a fast-moving environment. 

Michelle has a MEng from Oxford University and an MBA from Wharton, where she worked as a writing and oral communication coach.
